This specially designed Double-Degree Programme will offer our students ample opportunities not only to equip themselves with the pedagogical skills essential to effective teaching, but also to enhance their professional skills which are applicable to academic and other professional contexts.

Graduates are expected to be eligible to apply to be Registered Teachers (RT) in Hong Kong and could teach Primary Humanities in primary schools with the subject knowledge and pedagogical experiences provided. Meanwhile, the sociological training of the Programme also enables graduates to pursue diverse career options in the government sector, non-government organisations and commercial firms, and especially those with a community focus.
