Overview

Welcome to the adesso School of Coding and Software Engineering. So as to educate the software engineers of the future, adesso SE and XU Exponential University have teamed up to create a practice-oriented study program in Coding and Software Engineering.

The curriculum combines class room lectures with independent work projects and is enriched by the valuable practical knowledge adesso brings in from the many years working as one of the most important tech partner in German speaking countries.

Students can put their gained knowledge into practice early on: From programming their own apps, to working as part of adesso's teams to writing their bachelor thesis in cooperation with tech companies.

Study Abroad

In the 4th semester you can opt to study at one of our partner universities abroad.

Internships

You have the chance to join adesso SE as a working student or do different internships within other technology companies in Potsdam and Berlin. However, even without an internship, you will gain practical know-how through team projects, business games, labs, and many excursions (full- and part-time option).

successfully passed advanced training in accordance with the provisions of the Crafts Code (German: Handwerksordnung), the Vocational Training Act (German: Berufsausbildungsgesetz) or comparable federal or state regulations  or  
completed a technical school education at a state or state-recognized technical school as defined in § 28 of the School Act (German: Schulgesetz) or a comparable education in another German federal state  or

completed at least two years of vocational training in a profession that is related to the intended course of study and that is regulated by German federal or state law, and worked in the profession for at least three years 
you must demonstrate good knowledge of English
