Overview

In this (Hons) Business Law programme at Swansea University you will gain a comprehensive grounding in the seven areas covered by a qualifying law degree; Contract Law, Criminal Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, EU Law, Law of Tort and Public Law.

As your studies progress, you can choose from a wide range of subject areas with a business focus, including: trade law, media law, commercial sales, competition law, and employment law.

  • Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate - applicants will be able to meet our requirements from three A-levels or two A-levels and the Skills Challenge Certificate.
  • Extended Project Qualification - applicants predicted grade B or above in EPQ will receive an offer with a one-grade reduction.  e.g., an offer of AAB would become ABB plus EPQ B.
