Overview

The Real Estate (Hons) degree at Northumbria University encompasses the selling, letting, managing, investing, valuing, appraising, planning, and developing of both commercial and residential properties.

Delivered by an experienced team of surveying practitioners and internationally recognised researchers, and it involves national real estate firms and organisations in the module delivery and assessments. The course also offers an optional paid work placement year, where your professional experience contributes to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
