Overview

In the Fashion Buying and Brand Management programme of Ravensbourne University London you will learn about forecasting trends, consumer behaviour, psychographic profiling and what makes people buy. You will gain practical knowledge about the product development process including fabric selection and testing, colour management, quality management and sustainability. You will learn about predicting the trend, planning the range, building the brand then how to protect and promote it.

The course aims to develop your creative skills as well as problem-solving, organisational, planning, promotional and management skills. CAD lessons will facilitate creative presentation while other CAD/CAM management tools will also be experienced in preparation for industry. 

You will study through a mix of practice and theory based learning and will benefit from the opportunity to collaborate with students from other disciplines as well as top brands.
