This foundation year option is an alternative route into degree-level study. It’s ideal for those who need to gain subject-specific knowledge and skills in order to progress onto the full BSc qualification.
During your time with us you’ll learn from lecturers who are also industry professionals, whether that’s in biomechanics, physiology or psychology. You could also have the chance to work alongside one of our competing sports teams or elite-level athletes on campus.
Your first year will give you theoretical understanding of a range of subjects. You’ll make the most of our professional-style sports campus, learning in our human performance laboratory and biomechanics area as part of our new Sports Academy developments.
