Overview
The Healthcare Management (Honours) program at Seneca Polytechnic prepares students to tackle the needs and priorities for evidence-informed decision making, patient-centered care, health promotion, illness prevention, financial sustainability, and modern strategic management. Students in this program take part in experiential learning opportunities from their first year along with specialized courses in health informatics, cross-cultural and global health, program planning, health law, mediation, patient safety, research, innovation, management and leadership.

General requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, including six Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 65%, or a mature applicant.
- Required courses with minimum final grade of 65% in each: English: Grade 12 ENG4U, Mathematic: any Grade 12 U
- Mature applicants should disclose all previous postsecondary transcripts which may be used for admission decisions.
After admission but prior to participating in your work term, you must obtain:
- valid Standard First Aid with CPR C certificate (two-day course)
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- current medical and immunization report
- current record of mask fit testing
