- BIM Theory & Practice (5 ECTS)
- BIM Project – Research Phase (5 ECTS)
- Semester 2 (Jan-May):
- Digital Design & Construction (10 ECTS)
- Design Thinking for BIM (5 ECTS)
- BIM Project Implementation Phase (10 ECTS)
- Semester 3 (June-Sep):
- AEC Industry Placement (15 ECTS)
Students will also undertake a research project during the first two semesters, meeting weekly with supervisors to ensure steady progress and guidance.

- A minimum of a level 7 arcitectural technology or engineering or construction related qualification.
- Equivalent recognition may be given through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process on an individual case-by-case basis to candidates who have not achieved this academic standard but who can demonstrate significant relevant professional experience in a Built Environment discipline
