Industry
The Law program of the An-Najah National University maintains a vast network of relations with several civil society organizations and Justice Institutions.
First, there are various understandings with the Palestinian High Judicial Counselin regards to allow students to visit courts and organizing lectures for them in it. Also organizing workshops and seminars given by judges to Law students on various important legal Issues. The same are applied to the Palestinian General Prosecution.
Second, the Faculty of Law signed several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various civic Organizations such as the Coalition for Accountability and Integrity (AMAN), Al-Haq Institute, and others. SuchMoUs will enhance the role of the Faculty in the justice sector.
Third, the faculty of Law has signed several cooperation agreements with other national and international universities.
Teaching and Learning
From in-class Lectures to Practical training and workshops. Teaching Methods are vary based on the nature of the course and number of students in each course. The Faculty of Law considers applying the most advanced learning methods in the legal field.
Career Opportunities
- Becoming a lawyer: by joining the Palestinian Bar Association, after finishing the required two years of internship and passing the required exams.
- Becoming an Academic: law graduates can become a professor of law by obtaining a Master degree (which the Faculty of Law offer several Master programs) and, afterwards, earning a Ph.D. degree from a credited University.
- To become a Judge or a public prosecutor.
- To Join one of the Law Enforcement Agencies: Law graduate students often start their career at the Law enforcement agency with a high-rank position.
- Working for the government: almost all government agencies are hiring law graduates to work at their legal departments or as alegal researcher, tax officers, diplomat, or independent counselors.
- Working in the private sector, such as Insurance companies.
- Working for NGOs.

General requirements
For admission into the Faculty of Law, the student must meet a number of conditions in accordance with the university regulations:
- A minimum 70% in the General Secondary School Exams (Humanities and Sciences Streams) is required for acceptance of application. Admission and selection process is based on competition amongst applications and available seats.
- Any other conditions determined and announced by university
- Once your selection is clear, you can contact the international relations office in order to process your application inside the university.
- Once you receive the admission confirmation letter you can start obtaining the visa and travel documents, and come to An-Najah.
- After finishing your study, you will be provided by certification documents in English language only, assigned with course/courses description that are needed to support your admission and credit transfer at your home institution.
