Therefore, the department contains ‎high caliber staff who attained their PhDs from reputable universities ‎in Europe. The students in the Nutrition and Food Technology program of the An-Najah National University will acquire knowledge and practicals in a ‎wide range of related topics such as:‎

Teaching and Learning

The program based on face to face teaching with attendance is compulsory ‎for all topics.  All topics are covered by lectures and notes. Some topics are ‎using moodle (e learning which is a platform of delivering notes, relevant ‎websites, video clips etc.) as most of the courses are supplemented with ‎practical these courses are benefited from the lab facilities available‎.
