  • Application Deadline
  • 36 months
The International Tourism Management (ITM) Programme prepares you for positions in the tourism field, where management of destinations and issues of sustainability are the focus.

Environmental concerns are central to the sustainable development of the tourism industry, and it is obvious that the future holds many challenges when it comes to new demands from tourists and the way in which the needs of the host populations are catered for. This ITM Programme addresses these central themes.

You will learn how to identify the requirements for destination development and how to critically analyse the consequences of different strategies. As well, you will learn about marketing, communications and product development. You will also acquire skills in how to use geographic information systems (GIS), while the international focus of the programme prepares you for work in a multicultural environment.
