It is worth mentioning that this program is not one area of ​​specialization but rather a combination of various disciplines, mainly electrical, mechanical and environmental engineering, as well as engineering management skills.

The Energy and Environmental Engineering program of the An-Najah National University aims at building distinctive foundations in the field of conventional and renewable energy of various types such as photovoltaic energy, solar thermal energy, wind energy, biomass energy, geothermal in addition to fuel cell energy. On the other hand, the program focuses on the establishment of graduate students on the subject of energy efficiency and energy conservation in all sectors, energy policy, energy regulations and legislation as well as energy management. All this makes graduate students able to find solutions to the energy and environmental problems plaguing Palestine and the world in general.

• Research and advisory centers in environmental energy affairs,

• Governmental sector and agencies (Palestinian energy authority, ministries, Palestinian standards institution, etc.)

• Municipalities, electricity distribution companies and other companies,
