Overview
The objectives of the program:
Graduates of the Telecommunication Engineering of the An-Najah National University are expected to:
- Demonstrate competency in the design, analysis, optimization, and implementation of modern Telecommunication systems.
- Compete effectively in a world of rapid technological changes, and become leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovative managers or educators in the broad context of Telecommunication engineering.
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities in multicultural working environment by respecting diversity, professionalism within the organization and society at national and international levels.
- Successfully pursue graduate degrees and become consultants in their respective fields.
Industry
The program has no cooperation agreement with community or industry, but there are relationships according internship period with Telecommunication Companies, in addition some joint graduation projects are usually held out in cooperation with local industrial companies.
Teaching and Learning
Teaching and learning methods adopted in this program include lectures, seminars, course projects, student presentations, and home works. All of these include modern technology facilities such as modern software, power point and etc.
Career Opportunities
The graduates of this program are highly skilled personnel in the field of telecommunication engineering. They can work in government institutions, municipalities, telecommunication companies, programming companies and other companies and in the field of teaching and research at the university. This program gives them also the opportunity to complete their study and get Master degree.

General requirements
For students who would like to undertake a course (one subject) or an Academic semester (several courses during one academic semester) the procedure is as following:
- Browse the academic programs which are offered, read carefully the courses which are intended,
- Please note that An-Najah University is not responsible for credit transferee to your national academic system. Thus you should transfer these in advance at your home institution.
- Once your selection is clear, you can contact the international relations office in order to process your application inside the university.
- Once you receive the admission confirmation letter you can start obtaining the visa and travel documents, and come to An-Najah.
- After finishing your study, you will be provided by certification documents in English language only, assigned with course/courses description that are needed to support your admission and credit transfer at your home institution.
