General requirements

- Completion of a bachelor degree, or equivalent, in creative arts or a related discipline, with a minimum Grade Point Average of 5.0.
- Submit a proposal outlining the initial direction of your Honours research (750 words).
- Have an interview with relevant supervisor/s (telephone or face-to-face). This will be in addition to having a 5.0 (or above) GPA.
Some consideration for significant professional practice can be given to applicants at the discretion of the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts. Specific entry requirements can be:
- credit level (grade point average of 5.0/7 i.e. 71.4 per cent) in the entire degree and permission of the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts
- a grade point average of 5/7 (71.4 per cent) across all levels in the proposed major study
- a grade point average of 5.2/7 (74.3 per cent) in the third level of the program (i.e. Major and Option)
