Overview

The Civil Engineering programme of the Xiamen University of Technology is a joint educational program by the university and the University of Canberra, Australia (top eight for quality of teaching in Australia).

Key facts

Courses are taught in English by Australian and Chinese instructors, and core courses conducted in Xiamen by faculty of the University of Canberra.

Students can choose either to complete the four-year program in XMUT to acquire the XMUT degree, or to study in the first two years at XMUT and the next two years at the University of Canberra, (subject to their meeting their admission requirements for international students), to gain a degree from the University of Canberra upon graduation.
