Overview
At Children's Nursing (Hons) from University of Cumbria we’ve designed this course with your modern nursing career in mind, so you spend 50% of the course on clinical placements in both hospital and community settings.
Plus, because we’re one of only a few UK universities offering child, adult, learning disability and mental health nursing, you gain a great understanding of other nursing fields to bolster your nursing potential.
Careers
You'll complete this course fully-qualified to join the NMC Register, allowing you to practice as a nurse working with children. The need for qualified nurses is ever-expanding, so you can be confident that your qualification will open up many doors for employment.
