Overview

The Elementary Education - Early Childhood Education programme from TED University enables students to acquire competence in early childhood education pedagogy, content, and liberal arts areas and the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to nurture young children. In order to train high quality early childhood teachers, students in this programme are given opportunities where they can actively participate in the teaching and learning processes.

Careers

Students who graduate from the TED University Faculty of Education Early Childhood Education Programme are entitled to receive the "Bachelor's Diploma in Preschool Education". Our graduates can be appointed as Preschool Teachers according to the Ministry of National Education requirements. The regulation published by the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Basic Education on March 17, 2017, stated that preschool education will become compulsory by 2019. In this case, the Ministry claimed that there was a need for pre-school teachers to be employed. This need clarifies the future of the preschool teaching profession.

If granted financial support by an institution, an official letter from the institution stating the duration and amount of the financial support.
