Course Overview

You can also choose to specialise in one of four areas of law from the second year of your studies by following one of our four degree pathways; International Law, Criminal Law and Justice, Commercial Law, and Human Rights Law. This opportunity to specialise from early on in your studies provides you with in-depth knowledge of these areas of law and supports future career opportunities.

Outside of academic study you will have multiples opportunities to develop valuable practical legal experience and to develop your legal and employability skills. You can participate in mooting and negotiation competitions, undertake invaluable pro bono work, work with our dedicated careers support team to develop your CV, and join our very active student Law Society.
