Description
Lancaster University is a partner of the UK government's international awards programme, Chevening. The scholarships and fellowships enable future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers from all around to study in the UK, where they develop professionally and academically, build networks, experience UK culture, and form lasting connections with the UK.
Benefits
Chevening Scholarships are fully-funded, leaving you free to focus on achieving your professional goals and maximising the experience of a lifetime.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Chevening Scholarship you must:
- Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
- Commit to returning to your home country for at least two years after your scholarship ends.
- Have at least 2,800 hours of work experience after graduating from your undergraduate degree. This is roughly equivalent to two years of full-time work, though it may have been completed over a different time period.
- Hold an undergraduate degree that qualifies you for a UK master’s programme. You must have finished your undergraduate studies at least two years before our application deadline, even if you have not yet received your certificate. However, you will need to have your certificate by the time of your interview.
- Apply to three different and eligible UK university courses. You must have received an unconditional offer from at least one of these course choices by the deadline listed on the application timeline.
