At Geography (Hons) from Edge Hill University you will develop an understanding of the patterns, processes and changes in the earth’s physical environments, as well as the environmental and socio-economic issues facing the world, through theoretical and practical investigation. With a focus on the physical environment, you will also have the opportunity to explore social, economic, political and cultural processes to better understand key global issues.

A geography degree is recognised by employers for the extensive range of transferable skills that graduates have including IT and communication skills, project management, report writing, statistical analysis, group work and oral presentation skills. These skills are of great value to them and to you in your career.
