Overview
The University of Sydney Foundation Program at Taylors College is an intensive, focused program which guarantees entry to the University upon successful completion.
All our programs have been developed in conjunction with the partner universities themselves, especially for international students.
Taylors College Foundation Programs are unique, dedicated pathways to some of the most prestigious universities in Australia and New Zealand.
Standard Program - Study a regular pattern of five subjects, each one for five hours a week, a total of 25 hours of class time per week.
Standard Intensive Program - Study almost the same number of hours as the Standard Program (40 weeks). However, your timetable will be arranged so he course is completed over a shorter period. Includes 30 hours of class time per week, therefore, this program has a higher English entry requirement.
Extended Program - In the first 19 weeks you will study five subjects including English. After 19 weeks you must pass Extended English, D+, and meet the academic requirements of the Elective Subjects to continue with the remaining 40 weeks of the program.
Flexible study options – choose the subjects you want
After completing your first semester you have the option of choosing different subjects to study. We recognise that you are most likely to do well in the subjects that interest you.
