Indigenous Knowledge and perspectives are at the core of this unique Indigenous Bachelor of Education programme from Trent University the first of its kind in North America, Trent’s Indigenous B.Ed. provides a platform for self-identified First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Indigenous students to become exceptional future educators.

By developing a deeper understanding of and connection to Indigenous cultures, languages, and knowledge, you’ll learn to be a creative and conscious K-12 educator. Students of this fully-accredited concurrent five-year program develop the necessary tools to teach in any urban, rural, First Nation, MeÌtis, Inuit (FNMI), or public school environment in Ontario, with certification from the Ontario College of Teachers.

ENG 4U with a minimum of 60%
