For registration, candidates will present the passport with a Romanian visa for studies and the original documents (from the application file), certified for authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and the Embassy of Romania to the issuer country, if the previous studies were completed in countries which are not signatory of the Hague Convention.
If the previous studies were completed in countries which are signatory of the Hague Convention the documents must be endorsed with the Hague Apostille.
