Overview

The Construction Management Studies / Laws program at Western Sydney University gives you a strong background in fundamental legal principles, as well as professional legal skills. This includes the ability to analyse legal material and understand fundamental legal principles, an understanding of the relationship between law and society, general analytical skills for analysing and solving non-legal problems, and specialised study into the Australian legal system. You will develop skills in advocacy, negotiation, legal drafting and legal research.

Construction Management units are offered at the Penrith campus and Law units are offered at Campbelltown and Parramatta campuses. Travel between campuses is required to complete your core units. Night and weekend classes are also available for selected law units. Together, Construction Management Studies and Laws give you a highly marketable career path with career opportunities in both disciplines.
