Overview
The Construction Management (Hons) program at Western Sydney University prepares you for an unlimited career in the building industry. Along with the full suite of theory and practical knowledge of construction and project management, you’ll gain a strong understanding of building and quantity supervision, estimating, building research, and practical experimentation in building technology. You will also explore the subjects of acoustics, building heat-flow, corrosion of materials, concrete testing and more.
The course gives you 1,200 practical hours of construction management experience, as well as a number of opportunities to obtain an industry cadetship in building surveying, construction economics and construction management.
