Nursing
The mission of the Nursing program at Birzeit University is to prepare of a unique and high quality-nursing workforce, using a curriculum that is built upon foundations of scientific research and multi-branched academic performance.
Nutrition and Dietetics
The mission of the Nutrition and Dietetics program at Birzeit University is to prepare students to professionally address the changing needs of society and industry in food, nutrition, and dietetic fields. The program is designed to develop nutrition and dietetics professionals with knowledge and understanding of the importance of nutrition in health and disease.
Cardiac Perfusion Technology Program
Students of the Cardiac Perfusion Technology Program will gain academic and clinical experience with regards to Cardiac Perfusion. They will be experts of life support equipment such as ventricular assist devices and intra-aortic balloon pumps. The program is offered by An-Najah National University.

Optometry
The mission of the Optometry program of the An-Najah National University is to build a foundation in which faculty, students, and staff work together with mutual respect to share knowledge and experience in ways that will best serve the optometric needs of the community.
Midwifery
The Midwifery program of the An-Najah National University is 4 years, 145 credit hours. The curriculum has been described to be completed within four years in eight semesters.
