Description
Chongqing University President Scholarship is offered by Chongqing Municipal Government to international students who want to pursue a degree program at Chongqing University.
Benefits
In accordance with the University’s admissions strategy adjustments, the President Scholarship for 2025 will only offer Second-Class and Third-Class scholarships. The specific funding details include:
Second-class Scholarship: 100% tuition waiver, with other expenses to be covered by the recipient.
Third-class Scholarship: 50% tuition fee waiver, with other expenses to be covered by the recipient.
Eligibility
- Non-Chinese citizen with valid passport.
- In good physical and mental health; in excellent academic standing and with good conduct; abide by the laws and decrees of China and comply with rules and regulations of Chongqing University.
- Self-supported applicants should be above 18 years old and under 30 years old; scholarship applicants should be above 18 years old and under 25 years old.
- High school graduated or above, meeting the academic requirements of the applied program.
- Chinese language proficiency: HSK 4 (≥210) or equivalent.
- Not be recipients of any other scholarships at the same time.
