This Architectural Environment Engineering (Hons) course at University of Nottingham Ningbo China aims to develop an understanding of the principles and techniques of architectural environment engineering science and the ability to apply these principles and methods for sustainable development of the built environment.

Jiayi was given his award in recognition of being the first student from outside the UK or Ireland to be recognised by a President’s Award from the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
Careers
- Most graduates continue into professional training, but a number enter research. The course in Architectural Environment Engineering is taught by staff from the Centre for Sustainable Technologies and the School of the Built Environment, University of Nottingham.
- By the time you graduate, you will have a sound knowledge of architectural environmental engineering and the building services of environmentally friendly buildings, including the design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, acoustics and lighting. You will be equipped to take a central role in the development of strategies for sustainability and to advise on improvements to the energy and sustainability performance of buildings
