Description
This Swim Family Scholarship scholarship was established by Scott Swim, an alumnus of the Department of Media at Ball State.

The scholarship offers a $1,000 amount, to help you with your studies
Eligibility
- Actively enrolled at Ball State as a major or minor in the Department of Media
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA in courses completed at Ball State through the semester immediately preceding the date of application
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in Department of Media courses
- Enrolled in MDIA 391 at Ball State for a semester that falls within the 12 months immediately following the announcement of the award
- Meet all Media internship requirements
- Preference given to out-of-state internships
- Provide two letters of support indicating you have the skills to work in a media environment
