The McEuen Scholarship was established in 1974 by Mrs. Stuart “Dolly” McEuen and her niece, Mhairi Angela McLeod. It encourages Canadian students to pursue their studies at The University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland.

Description

The McEuen Scholarship is awarded to qualified Canadian students age 21 and younger for a full three-year undergraduate or a four-year honours degree at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

Benefits

The scholarship covers all tuition and residence fees and includes a book allowance of £200.

To be guaranteed a place at the University of St. Andrews, all applicants for the McEuen Scholarship Award are required to apply (at their own cost and expense) for admission to the University of St. Andrews before the deadline for filing applications for the McEuen Scholarship Award and deliver proof of acceptance to the Foundation when received.

In the event the applicant’s proof of acceptance from University of St. Andrews is not received by the applicant before the January 31 deadline for filing applications for the McEuen Scholarship Award, the applicant shall indicate in the application form that the proof of acceptance will follow.
