Description

Named after his book, God at the Speed of Light, Dr. T. Lee Baumann has provided a generous scholarship to honor his love of sciences. The God at the Speed of Light Scholarship is open to in-state students currently enrolled in or admitted to a natural science degree-granting program within the College of Arts and Sciences.

Eligibility

  • Eligible majors include: Biology, Bioinformatics, Cancer Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Genetics & Genomic Sciences, Immunology, Mathematics, Neuroscience and Physics.
  • To be eligible, students must demonstrate solid academic promise and leadership qualities, while having an overall 2.5 GPA or higher at the time of application. This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years as long as the recipient maintains their GPA and a major in natural sciences within CAS.
