Description
Applicants for the Annie P. and Ferris S. Ritchey, Sr., Endowed Scholarship in Sociology must be currently enrolled in, or admitted to, a degree-granting program in the Department of Sociology. Applicants should demonstrate solid academic credentials, and consideration will be given to students with demonstrated financial need as determined by information provided on your FAFSA.

Applicants must submit the BSMART Scholarship Application, in which you should answer all questions under the "Sociology" section, upload your resume, and one recommendation letter from a UAB faculty member. Resumes as well as reference letters can be added on the first page of the BSMART Scholarship Application.
