Student services
We currently maintain a network of some 40 partners for international exchange in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Australia, enabling students and staff to spend a semester or year abroad. In return, we welcome about XX international exchange students to our campus every term. Many of these partnerships operate within larger international mobility programmes such as Erasmus, PROMOS, and Fulbright, many of which provide generous funding opportunities for students and faculty.
Housing services
A variety of accommodation options are available on-campus and in the nearby area. Most exchange students are offered rooms in the halls of residence on campus, while degree-seeking students can choose whether to live in the halls or in private accommodations off campus.
Library services
At our library you’ll find information and resources for study and research within business administration, real estate management, communication and documentation, technical sales management, technology, engineering, and law. We have a good selection of titles in English and access to a world of further resources in all languages through online databases.
Sports facilities
Our sport offering includes a mix of exercise classes, health-oriented courses, and current sport trends, all taught by experienced teachers. All students are welcome to participate, from beginners to advanced athletes.
Student clubs
The Student Union, known as SV Aschaffenburg, is the voice of students on campus, serving as both a student government with representation in the university leadership and as an organisation offering social and extracurricular events on campus. International students are warmly welcomed to get involved!

My journey with THA
Overall, my study experience has been very enriching and rewarding. I had the opportunity to develop both my academic knowledge and practical skills, especially through projects and interactive coursework. What I really appreciated was the supportive learning environment and the focus on real-world applications. Working on group assignments and case studies helped me understand how theory can be applied in practice, which made the learning process more engaging and meaningful. However, there are still areas that could be improved. At times, the workload was quite intense and not always evenly distributed across the semester. Additionally, clearer communication regarding course requirements and expectations would help students plan more effectively. In summary, my overall study experience has been positive and valuable. It has not only strengthened my professional competencies but also helped me grow personally and become more confident in my abilities.
