University of Telecommunications Leipzig

Whether you want to work for the Deutsche Telekom or another company, a degree from the HfTL will greatly increase your chances of finding a job, and therefore help you with your first step towards shaping the future with the knowledge and skills you have gained.

The laboratories feature excellent equipment and an in-house library with over 12,000 books allows for optimal learning. The fact that the HfTL has been at the top of the CHE ranking lists over recent years is further proof of the high teaching quality at the university.

The university library HfTL is operated jointly with the Library of the University of Technology, Business and Culture (HTWK) Leipzig. The collection consists of a large cross-section of the relevant literature and provide addition, information about the "bigger picture".

The computer center is where all the university’s telecommunication lines converge. It is also a place for HfTL students and staff to go for assistance with hardware and software issues.
