Student services

At WBCPC, Your Success is our priority. Our Student Offices provide support across all aspects of student life, including academic guidance, career services, and industrial connections; creative, social, and intellectual growth; health, mental wellness, and recreation; intercultural and community engagement; and financial support such as scholarships and emergency loans. By addressing these dimensions, we help students achieve balance, build skills, and thrive both on campus and beyond.

Housing services

As the official housing partner of WBCPC, GEC offers fully furnished accommodations with utilities, high-speed internet, housekeeping, 24/7 emergency support, and centralized security—ready for students to move in. Monthly events allow students to explore new activities and connect with peers. GEC Marine Gateway and GEC Pearson are just an 8-minute walk from Marine Drive SkyTrain Station and one direct ride from campus, with convenient amenities such as an on-site gym and social room.

ICT services

We provide students with access to high-speed and stable internet across campus.

Medical services

Domestic students are enrolled in the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP), providing access to healthcare in British Columbia. While WBCPC does not have on-campus medical facilities, students can easily access local clinics, hospitals, and healthcare services in Richmond and the surrounding area (within 3~5 mins walk).

Campus life

Locate in one place.

The campus is centrally located in Richmond, within the Vancouver metropolitan area. Students are near major offices of over 10 Fortune 500 companies, providing internship and career opportunities. Within 1 mile are 100+ dining options, and three major shopping malls with 400+ stores are within 2 miles. Parks, recreation areas, and YVR International Airport are also easily accessible, offering a convenient and well-connected urban campus experience.

Accreditation

The college is recognized on the provincial Education Quality Assurance (EQA) list and is a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) approved by the Government of Canada. These designations confirm that all programs meet rigorous quality standards and provide students with credible, recognized qualifications. Accreditation ensures the value and reliability of business and technology education, giving students and partners confidence in the quality, rigor, and relevance of all programs offered.
