History
Woosong University belongs to the Woosong Education Foundation which was established in 1954, located in Daejeon, South Korea and has a long history of outstanding work in education, teaching, and training with more than 12,000 students and 780 professors.
Based on the founding philosophy and ideology, our goal is to continuously strive to prepare our student body for the professions of tomorrow. required by our global society. We cultivate creative specialists with the professional skills and creative mind to lead the global society.
Education
Woosong University has 10 undergraduate programs that are taught entirely in English.
Our academic programs have a broad range of topics so you can find the right placement for you. SolBridge’s international AACSB accreditation gets you recognized anywhere in the world and Endicott’s global faculty helps you work internationally and gets you started in your research areas. Our College of Hotel and Culinary Arts has one of the most renown culinary programs in Asia, the College of Software Convergence has an exciting Media and Communication Arts program that focuses on K-Wave, and our JW Kim College of Future Studies prepares you for the jobs of tomorrow with international experiences.

Student services
Prospective student should contact the International Relations representative for their region.
Woosong administrative offices support academic programs, students, and faculty with valuable services, resources, information, and activities. International students with inquiries are recommended to contact the International Administrative Center first.
Housing services
The International Dormitory is located on West Campus and is for international undergraduate students. This dormitory is separated into men’s and women’s sections to accommodate all Woosong students. Being located on West Campus, students that reside here have close proximity to the majority of their classes, which are usually held on West Campus. In addition to the rooms, the international dormitory has WI-FI accessibility, a cafeteria, and a gym in the building. It is also located next to Woosong Field, which has a soccer field and several basketball courts. Each room accommodates two students with individual beds, desks, and clothing cabinets. The International Dormitory contains the Office of Student Housing, a cafeteria, laundry facilities, and several common areas. Bathrooms and showers are communal.
Campus life
Woosong University has three campuses: West Campus, East Campus, and SolBridge Campus. West Campus is home to the majority of our international college’s main coursework. East Campus is largely reserved for Woosong’s two-year Information College. Lastly, Woosong’s flagship business school, SolBridge, conducts all of their studies on our SolBridge Campus.
