It was a great experience studying there. You leran about all sorts of topics from molecular biology to botany. The study plan allows you to choose the subjects that allign the best with the branch in biology you wants to be specialized in. The only downside of the study plan is that they don´t priortize professional Internships and the study plan´s schedule makes it difficult to work while studying, this makes it difficult to get a job after graduating becasuse you lack work experience. If you are interested in becoming an investigator this is a great place to study because they prioritize investigation over working experience and you can work with a lot of great investigators to get experience on research.
The university has the best teachers in their fields, most of whom have a PhD, but the infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The labs are small, the materials are old, and the cafeteria is unattractive. However, if you love science, that wouldn't be a big problem.
it was great , but when the COVID. pandemic arrived it was difficult to adapt to the new system , but overall it had a good program, with good teachers that were concern about us
