Poltava State Medical University

 The faculty became the first academic specialized educational institution for training dentists. In 1931 the faculty was reorganized into the Kharkiv Stomatological Institute, which in 1967 was transferred to Poltava.

The educational process is provided by educators who have special training and extensive experience working with foreign citizens at the initial stages of their education. After graduating from the University, foreign citizens are awarded with internationally recognized diplomas.

Research work at the University meets the current needs. More than 100 research works are being carried out, two of which are funded by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Poltava State Medical University is included in the State Register of Scientific Institutions supported by the state.
