University Ranking
Housing services
HUST students are eligible for accommodation on campus. The dormitory consists of 10 buildings, including 8 buildings of 4-5 floors and 2 buildings of one floor, HUST's dormitory is able to accommodate 4200 students with a total of 435 rooms and 8-12 people per room, mainly reserves for disadvantaged students or students of government scholarship programs.
Library services
The E-library Ta Quang Buu was officially put into operation since October 2006 with an area of 15,000 m2 and modern equipment. The E-library sets up reading rooms with an area of 100 to 500 m2, equipped with 150 computers with internet access, enabling staff and students to search for electronic documents.
Medical services
The HUST’s Medical and Health care center is well equipped to provide medical examination and treatment services for students. Students having health problems or any medical concerns can make appointment to see the doctors. With whole-hearted and well-qualified staff and doctors, the center is always committed to provide quality services for students during their time at HUST.
Campus life
HUST's dormitory provides security force and cleaning service provider to maintain the dormitory's security and healthy living environment for students. The dormitory also provides convenient services such as community hall, health care and medical services, sport center, community service areas, student clubs … to cater students’ needs in learning and daily life.
Sports facilities
Besides of academic activities, HUST also attaches great importance on how to help students experience a well-balanced student life. HUST students have chance to participate in a wide range of energetic and meaningful sportive, cultural and entertainment activities, that may help them to build relationships and improve solf skills.
Those activities are supported by the Youth Union, Student Association, and Center of Sport and Culture …Some sport competitions are annually organized on campus such as The National Student Football League, Hanoi Student Basketball League, Hanoi Volleyball Competition. Besides, HUST's campus is also a favorite ldestination for young singers and music bands performing their liveshows.

At HUST, there are nearly 60 clubs specializing in a variety of disciplines with different purposes:
