Aspira University College was established in Split in 2008 by the Contemporary Education Institution in Split. Given that the Contemporary Education Institution is the founder of the Maritime Education and Training Centre Atlantis, these three institutions form one of the largest private educational groups in Croatia.
Academic staff has published nearly 300 scientific papers, professional papers and books since 2008, when Aspira was established. Each academic year more and more emphasis is being put on publishing and research work.

The library is equipped with 10 computers and is open to all students and staff members.Total number of available books is nearly 3200 amongst which both professional and entertaining literature can be found.It is also very well equipped with professional journals.The library stores physical copies of graduate and final theses of students, which are also digitally stored in the internal database
Internet access is provided throughout the college premises. Computers at the library as well as those at the cafe “Aspira” are all available to the students during the working hours of the college.
Facilities for healthcare are located near the college.
University College Aspira is located short bus ride from the old town. As Split is not too big almost everything is within walking distance.
There are no sports facilities within the college but there are many in Split generally.

I am happy with my decision to study where I study and I would do it again. You just have to be ready to do a lot of studying but I think that it will be worth it in the end. Although if you are an international student I haven't really researched if there is option to fo on an English programme
The university stands for all the core values, ready to step alongside students needs, educational goals, processes and challenges. Both staff and professors are always at an excellent disposal, ready to put all the efforts in order to achieve great results.
The teachers are great and will help you with everything you need. What’s missing is a students restaurant and an adequate library.
