History

1996 – Seiche Measurements was founded who then forged the way into becoming the leading manufacturers of marine equipment to the offshore market
2014 – Seiche Training was formed with the aim of delivering all our expertise and knowledge of the past 20 years to students who are wishing to learn about acoustics and the marine environment

Education

Seiche Training offers a variety of short courses and CPD courses through both distance learning and through classroom taught programmes.
Seiche Training offer a variety of specialized courses, which are mainly geared around acoustics and the marine environment
Most of our courses will lead you into the offshore observer market but can also be useful for taking to enhance your knowledge when studying for a degree within this field.

Our courses take place at our head office in Exeter, UK. Unit 1a, 58 North Road, Industrial Estate, Okehampton, Devon EX20 1BQ, United Kingdom

Seiche Training have also taken our courses to other venues across the globe. For example, Ireland, Canada, USA, South America, New Zealand, South Africa and UAE. We would be happy to speak with you about taking our courses to you.

ICT services

All materials required by the students will be outlined in the Pre-Course Information Pack which will be made available to the students prior to commencement of the course. This may include personal laptops. When attending a course at our offices in Devon wifi will be available.

Campus life

Our courses take place at our head offices in Devon.
Seiche Training, Unit 1a, 58 North Road, Industrial Estate, Okehampton, Devon EX20 1BQ, United Kingdom.
There is no train station in Okehampton, nearest one would be Exeter St. Davids, where you can get the bus number 6A to Limehayes rd, or the bus 6 to Mill road, both 10-minute walking distance to Okehampton town.
The nearest airport is Exeter, they have direct travel to the train stations, and have a taxi service right outside.
