Founded in 1950 as one of the first universities of P. R. China, Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU) enjoys a longstanding reputation of excellence in China. In 2013, BTBU opened up a new building as dormitory for International Students on campus. There are totally 120 en-suit rooms. And the room is equipped with television, electronic kettle, air conditioner, etc. Each floor has one meeting room and one kitchen which equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, oven, etc. And there are two laundry rooms in the building with washing machines and dryers.
In BTBU, there will be colorful cultural activities for International Students. All of these activities enrich the students’ campus life and develop their comprehensive qualities, and provide opportunities for them to communicate with Chinese local students.

I graduated from Beijing Union University fifteen years ago, and looking back now, I truly appreciate how much the university shaped my early professional foundation. BUU was always a practical, application?oriented institution, and the education I received reflected that�focused, hands?on, and closely connected to real industry needs. The professors were approachable and genuinely invested in helping students succeed, and the campus environment was friendly, grounded, and full of opportunities to grow beyond the classroom. While BUU may not have been the most research?intensive university, it prepared me exceptionally well for the workplace, giving me the confidence, discipline, and practical skills that have continued to support my career over the years. I�m grateful for the experience and proud to be an alumnus of Beijing Union University.
