Founded in 1937 , Fujian Medical University is one of the earliest public undergraduate medical schools in China. For more than 80 years, the school has been adhering to the school motto of "diligence, rigor, truth-seeking, and innovation", and forging the original aspiration of "a pioneer in improving national health and a pillar of the Southeastern medicine industry".
There are 20 colleges (departments) and 29 undergraduate majors. There are more than 12,700 faculty and medical staff (including affiliated hospitals), and more than 17,000 full-time students . It has carried out multi-level and multi-angle exchanges and cooperation with more than 120 universities and research institutions at home and abroad .

I loved the standard of education and quality of the staff, as well as the beautiful environment of the school, which creates a relaxing atmosphere that greatly helps medical students ease the stress of medical education.
Although not popularly known in the country, FUJIAN Medical University has a great track record of catering well for its international students.
