Our university was founded in 1949, and has a history of 64 years so far. It was known as Shaanxi Institute of Mechanical Engineering before January 1994, which was established by combining Beijing Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Shaanxi Polytechnic University in 1972.

My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in biological systems, particularly through my focused study of C, photosynthesis. This experience was intellectually enriching, offering a detailed understanding of biochemical pathways, analytical thinking, and research methodology. The balance between foundational biology and innovative breakthroughs fostered in me a deep appreciation for precision, problem-solving, and data interpretation - all critical skills in forensic science.As I seek to transition into the field of forensic science, I am particularly drawn to its investigative nature and reliance on biological and chemical evidence analysis. I believe my training in plant molecular biology, attention to detail, and laboratory-based research will allow me to excel in this new domain. I am eager to apply my scientific curiosity and technical skill set to the service of justice and truth.
