The University of Buenos Aires -UBA- was created by a decree of the government of the Province of Buenos Aires in August 1821 and was formally inaugurated with a ceremony held at San Ignacio's Church, constituting the second university founded in the territory of Argentina.

Although the University of Buenos Aires is highly politicized, I believe it's a high-quality public education. Also, I think that the Latin American critical perspective is richer than the perspective used in other universities.
I loved studying in the university of Buenos Aires. Is the Best place to study in Argentina. Although ir doesn't hace the Best organization, the teachers are the Best.
Very demanding program. A little bit outdated. Although the institution is the most important university in the country, bureaucracy is discouraging. Education is excellent but a Bachelor takes around 5 to 6 year to accomplish. If you have the time and the nerve, you won't regret it. Excellent teachers.
