MY TIME AT UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, WINNEBA

What I really like about my programme is the fact that the Chemistry I am studying is combined with educational courses. I have actually developed a love for these educational courses because they have taught me how to communicate and connect with people. I have also come to realise that teaching is both an art and a science, and that it is not only a career path, but also a powerful way through which we can touch lives and make a difference. My study experience has also helped me to better understand my interests and purpose. Through my educational courses, I have discovered that I am deeply drawn to listening to people, understanding them, offering comfort, and helping them find hope and direction. Because of this, I am considering pursuing further studies in Education, particularly in Counselling, rather than continuing solely along the path of Chemistry. Overall, my study experience has been one of learning, self-discovery and growth. Although there are aspects of the programme that I find challenging, especially some of the Chemistry courses, I am grateful for the educational component because it has helped me discover a possible path where I feel I can bring love, hope and light to the lives of others.
