Ukhta State Technical University at  the moment has 14 dormitories, 13 dormitories of the University complex are designed for students. There are approximately over 2000 vacant places for every academic year.

The dormitory is a 5-storey building. Each floor houses around 24 people in total, spread across 8 units. The units (26 square meter) are made up of a hallway, a bathroom, a dining room and one bedroom. The units are designed to accommodate 3 people.

The rooms are equipped with beds, desks, chairs and wall shelves for each student. Every room has got a good access to Wi-Fi. Blankets, pillows and bed sheets are also provided to students.

Library of USTU has many printed books and manuscripts in its collections and provides access to more than 100 thousand electronic resources, including academic journals, monographs, dissertations, reference books, etc.

The Library's main goal is to ensure efficient library service and maintain all areas of education and research at Ukhta University.

Free Internet access (wifi) is available on campus. The IT department provides IT support services for students and staff of the university.

USTU possess 3 separate licensed medical units located one in a dorm and two in study buildings. All the units are equipped with the necessary instruments and devices for preventive health control.
