Knowledge Management
It is quite an interesting study. Professors are competent in what they teach and they are very committed. It is a very good program which never leaves you the same. Because of it, I have transformed the Establishment of my university. There is now established a Knowledge Management Unit. It is the first in my university in my country, Uganda. With this unit in place, all the data in the university that get lost will now be processed into knowledge and disseminated to add to the body of existing knowledge. Knowledge generation, sharing, storing, and utilization are now being handled better compare to when this unit was not established.Knowledge Management and Performance of Public Universities in Uganda.
