Applicants to upload official transcript
University of Glasgow in Scotland is a world class university blessed with seasoned professionals and conducive learning environment. However, that should demand that applicants should upload their official transcript to the applicant's self service portal instead of asking the school where the applicant graduated from to email the official transcript to them. I had a very terrible experience when I submitted an application to study Criminology and Criminal justice with my student copy of my transcripts and other required documents. The next thing I got from University of Glasgow was for me to upload the official copy of the transcript. Schools don't release official copy of transcript to students. The mail it to the institution direct. When I informed the school I graduated from they insisted they mail to institutions the official copy and not to students. They emailed it to University of Glasgow and that was the last I heard from my application on up till today. No feedback from University of Glasgow to acknowledge the receipt of the transcript or not, or continue with the admission. It was such a terrible experience.
