Overview
Within this Real Estate BSc degree from the University of Reading in the first two foundation years you will build a strong understanding of the core subject areas of economics, finance, business management, planning, building, law and valuation which you can then apply to complex problems in the real world. In year three, you will develop a deeper understanding in a specialist area, such as development and planning, investment or valuation. You can also tailor your degree by choosing from a range of elective modules including housing or rural options.

- Throughout this programme you will apply your knowledge to real-life projects and case studies. This will develop your understanding of the links between subjects and, equally importantly, your presentation, writing and team-working skills.
- This programme has full accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Through our alumni association, the Reading Real Estate Foundation, we are in touch with more than 5000 of our graduates. Many are actively involved with REP as mentors for our current students, hosting site visits or coming to the University as guest lecturers.
- You will receive one-to-one industry mentoring, providing real insight into the profession. We also host an annual Real Estate and Planning Careers Fair and an evening lecture series.
